Take your knowledge to understanding by:
Reading Genesis Chapter 1 vs. 20-25 Look up any words you don’t know. Pick a word that you think is important to understanding God’s work and complete a word study on it.
Look for a current event that has to do with math or science
Pick an bird or insect or water animal or mammal and prepare a report on it. Your report may be written, oral or digital. Why did you pick this animal? What did you learn from this animal? Please come prepared to share your report with us.
Bring an actual Fibonacci found in nature. Share with us why it is a Fibonacci.
Come to class prepared with a question regarding or Genesis 1: 20-25
AND do one of the following:
Read Fascinating Fibonacci's by Trudi Hammel Garland and give us a short oral book report during class. What was your favorite part? How did your understanding of math and nature increase by reading this book? Did you enjoy the book…why or why not? Share your favorite quotes from the book.
Draw, sketch, record in some art medium your favorite animal. What did you notice about Gods creations?
